The purpose of our company is to provide plaintiffs and law firms with cash during the course of their litigation with the goal of leveling the playing field against defendants with deep pockets.

We are an attorney-owned and operated company bringing years of civil litigation experience to our underwriting and case evaluation services. We are by no means the largest company that provides these services. However, we invest in cases with strong fundamental legal merits in the areas of liability and damages. In an attempt to keep our services streamlined, we evaluate cases based upon the merits of each case and the potential recovery to the plaintiff.

Our principal has a variety of experience as a litigator, a trained mediator and a member of the Dispute Review Board Foundation. Additionally he is a member of the Kentucky and Virginia Bar Associations, the Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Mediation Association of Kentucky, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association’s Litigation Section. Because we are former practicing attorneys, we understand the burdens that managing a civil litigation practice poses on attorneys. Accordingly, we make every effort to keep our evaluation and underwriting processes straightforward and simple so attorneys are not overburdened by communicating with us and we only request information that is necessary for the underwriting process.
